Hello Commanders im new to the forum. with a quick ?

I've been away for 5 yrs or so a member of a Faction scenes the start ( a Beta player).
Now that i have returned to playing , i traveled to most of our occupied systems to get a handle on things again, only to find a couple of systems so far have Minor factions in control of an Outpost with the controlling faction with only 11% influence and our faction with 71% influence. can some one ex plane to me if this right or is it a bug. Regards

Welcome back, a lot has happened while you were away that changed the way the galaxy works, specially Odyssey outposts on atmospheric worlds. You'll get used to it eventually, but things aren't the same as they were back then.

That's true, but this could also have happened five years ago; there hasn't been much in the way of significant BGS change since then. Odyssey added more assets to fight over but mostly didn't change the rules for ownership of them.
