I have a single medium lightweight modded one on my speedy Imp Eagle although it's mainly there just in case.

FD wrecked rails by adding an insane amount of heat to them, was a shame because they were balanced by their skill requirement and delayed trigger.

Its a real pity that you cant roll an efficiency engineer on them either.

Agreed. I have a bunch of Hammers that I'd like to put on small ships.
I can't because as someone else already mentioned my ship will explode!
Really want an efficient rail mod!
