I have finally made it to Jaques Station. After a total of 18 days (I took 4 months off between November and March), 750 jumps, and 22,000.47 LY, I have finally arrived in my 35/38 LY jump Asp Explorer "Stargazer". I know that my expedition here is not a milestone as many great and legendary commanders have made it here long before me, but it really is a hell of a trek.
I actually bought new paint job for my SRV and the kit for my Asp Explorer in the middle of the trip but was unable to put them on until I got here! So that was an incentive to speed it up and get to Jaques to kit my Asp out!
Worst part is that I left in October and then took a break from the game for four months when I was like half way through so I left without any of the guides needed for the Community Goal. Oh well. I will remain here probably until two weeks or so after 2.3 hits, you know...to allow for all the patches to fix the incoming bugs. Noticed there are some other outposts around here so I'll probably explore the nearby systems and do simple Data Boom missions until eventually leaving for Beagle Point and returning back to the "Bubble" by way of Sag-A.
Because I'm an XBox One explorer I don't have access to upload my data logs so I just wrote all the systems I traveled through and did first discoveries on in INARA. If there are any XBox One players out there near Colonia feel free to friend me, my gamer tag is "ThomasWJames".
