Welcome back Frawd - I wondered where you had gone to (although I've not been on as much ),

I finally made it to Colonia (there's a joke in that name somewhere) - I'm currently looking for Palladium to help with the CG - I'm sure I mined some before I joined the CG and now I can't find any - funnily I can find everything else.

CCN isnt its all cracked up to be, theres also AEDC, SEPP and many others if youre after some political intrigue

There is no political intrigue. CCN is a group of people who have put their differences aside and work for a common goal: to make a new home away from politics and petty differences. It doesn't matter where people are coming from or their past. As long as they put aside their differences there is room for everyone. We are all humans, we can get along together. All that is necessary is tolerance and acceptance, as well as willingness to forgive. Live and let live.

I'm currently heading back to the bubble after a trip to the core but maybe after I get things in order at home we could meet out in a special place I have in mind. I owe you something for inspiring me to explore and I have a couple of great spots mapped out.

Thanks Cmdr...let me know if you find a good source of Palladium as I have no clue where to look (not having done much mining in the past). I would like to join the CG before it finishes.

I myself have been getting back into a tactical WWII game called Combat Mission (something I haven't played in years)...a nice change from spacey things :)

Well, after flying around in my Orca last night trying to land on all the little stations that have sprung up around Colonia, I realised that none of them (except for Colonia Dream) have large landing pads. So I went back to Colonia, dropped off the Orca and bought a small trading Asp and did some missions between the various stations.

I was hoping to do some passenger missions except of course the Orca is not kitted out for that, and Colonia (or anywhere else near there) has passenger cabins for sale. So if I want to do that I have to head back to the bubble...about 22000LY <sigh>...I guess that's my plan when I am sick of missions. ;)

I was never much into the political intrigue...always something of a loner really (although having meet-ups in deep space was always a blast!)

yes, Cmdr Rhea Lorell has it right

The Grass Hopper II is currently stored in Mars High back in Sol...after riding around for 3/4 year in a shoe box with rockets I felt like something a little more spacious and sumptuous ;)
