Help about another game.. "Sub Culture"

im not sure im even allowed to talk about other games here but ill try..
(mods. if you start hating me for this then.. meh.. this is nostalgia you should know all about that right)

when i was a wee boy i played this trading game.
it was like this

you were this tiny guy. in a tiny yellow submarine.
it all took place in a small pond.
jist of the game was very much like Elite dangerous.
it was small citys you could visit and trade in with market prices rising and falling.
you could buy upgrades for your sub like "suck-o-matic" to collect big pearls from oysters
or the "grappeling hook" to collect big giant beer caps for metal or cigarette butts for tobacco.

wich you would haul to a refinery to sell

it was just awesome:D

tiny sub hauling a cigarette butt as big as the sub weiging it down making it hard to control LOL:p

my problem is that i lost the cd for it years ago..
i got it from a computer magazine as a monthly extra.. (good old days)

i have been searching the internets and the outernets for years to find it but i have ever only been able to find a french version:( i dont speak french and i couldnt find language files for it either:(

i self taugth texture modding on this game and played it to death but i have always wanted it back in my collection of old games..

so does anyone know where to get it?
it has a wikipedia entry
and apparently can be bougth from ebay and amazon but the picture there has some chinese writing on the box so i would think the language is even harder than french for me:(

GoG.com has a wishlist for it but no game yet as far as i know..

any input is appreciated..
even just nostalgic talk from anyone wich played it..

STORY cut from wikipedia

In the opening sequence of the game, a soup can discarded from a boat smashes the home of what seem to be (and are) a race of tiny submarine humanoids. The player takes the role of the survivor of this disaster, a freelance sub captain who must buy, sell, trade, and pirate his way to the top in a cutthroat world of underwater adventure. When you start the game, you discover that the Bohines, a nation in the game, are at war with the Prochas, another nation.
To survive and prosper, you can engage in various mining or salvage operations, recovering enormous bottlecaps, cigarette butts, thorium crystals, and pearls, all of which are valuable commodities sellable in cities. However, one must watch out, as both mutant fish and dastardly Pirate subs lie in wait for the unsuspecting. Once the player has built up enough cash, they can begin to exploit a form of 'stock market' in which various commodities can be purchased and resold at other locations or times for higher prices.
Should these mundane activities begin to become boring, the player can also take on various missions for either of the two warring nations. As the game progresses, these missions become progressively more difficult and dangerous, ranging from dropping depth charges down the air vents of an underground base to attacking nuclear-powered torpedo-firing walking tanks. Eventually the two nations come to terms in order to meet and defeat their mutual foe, the Pirates. The final mission consists of an all-out assault by both nations against the concealed Pirate city, with the player shooting their way through heavily guarded tunnels to plant a bomb next to the city.

fantastic game! I played it quite a bit back in the day. no idea if it is still even on sale now as it was pre-digital downloads you may struggle getting a legal copy.
