Help - Account Restoration

Hello. I'm hoping I will be able to get some hel on here. I was fighting in a battle at Volungu and my ship was destroyed. When I went to restore the full spec of my ship (something I have done MANY times before) the game restored me to a basic Sidewinder, losing me several months of ship and equipment upgrades. I have sent a ticket to customer services but have had no response other than the initial acknowledgement. Does anyone know if I will get restored or do I have to start again? Thanks.

I think the Bugs forum is monitored a bit more closely by devs, I'd try posting in there.

Obvious question is obvious but you had enough credits available to pay for the insurance?

Its not the first time he has been destroyed hence the MANY TIMES, so he is used to insurance, this may be a bug so is best reported.

There's been a handful of people reporting this issue since launch.

I'm confident that your ticket will be addressed to your satisfaction, but until then I wouldn't do much playing; they may revert your entire save in order to restore your ship.
