HELP! Cannot log in launcher/Game-Store account after formatting andchanging email and password.

Hello, First of all forgive my bad english, i really hope people here can help me.
I explain my problem:

I took a really bad virus in my PC via email, since i was using a bad provider, but i had this email from a long time that i choose to keep it for Elite too.

after that Virus i had to reinstall from ground WIN/ and after various updates etc, my pc is back online and updated.

I tried to fresh reinstall Elite, and i thought it was a good idea changing passwords and discard my old email address for the Gmail one.

i made this operation in forum and all goes well...i'm writing from my PC with my ''modified '' account credentials, BUT in frontier store and in game is not possible to me enter in game....my credentials are not recognized, and if i try to use the old account credentials, same problem.

So now i cant acces the game and the frontier store, the only one that worked was the forum account.
I already raised a support ticket (There is the chance to send it even if you are not registered) but due to the amount of request Frontier have i'm not certain to have a fast answer.

Do you guys had some problem like that and how do you managed to solve it?

Well I doubt you'll get the support guys reading in here and they'd be the only ones who could help you
I'd suspect any authorisation e.mail sent by Frontier is going to your old e.mail address (the one you created the account with)

Some information to have on hand for Frontier to recover your account would be either the credit card number you used to buy the game, or the the sales number off the confirmation e.mail Frontier sent you when you bought the game.

Without those 2 numbers, I'd say the chances of recovering the account are not good

Well technically this is not my fault, since the account allows you to change password and Email, and i don't understand why i have to ''prove'' i had purchased the game.

Anyway i have my evidences, but i really dont understand why i cannot access trough my old email....i already sent email verification code in both my address, but no response.

I think Support should be more active and leaving consumers days without content you paid for is not a great behaviour BTW.
