Help! Can’t find “Grom Bomb”s”

I’ve been pledged to Yuri Grom for 4weeks 1day, I’m at rank 3, yet I have been unable to find/purchase the power play “Containment Missile” or “Rocket Propelled FSD Distrupter”. I’ve tried all the stations in Clayakarma and at Jameson’s Memorial yet can’t locate them.

I’m playing in Horizons if that matters? I know there was an issue with reloading PP weapons after the Odyssey release, so maybe this is an issue as well?
Anyway, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Should be under missiles at any station with outfitting.

Were you already rank three before the last server maintenance? If you weren't, and are just now rank three, you won't have access until the next server maintenance iirc
