Hardware & Technical Help chaning x52 saitek sensitivity

IM completely stuck at the moment, I recently got an X52 Saitek Flight control system and the slightest touch on the joystick throws my ship into a spin of epic proportions in Elite dangerous

I have no idea how to change this
