Diaguandri or Lembava should have one, I'm sure I fitted one to my FDL there back in the day for some fun (15% disc in those).
its not false info c4 plasma right now is borked. the dmg table is barley better then the c3 for double the dis drain.
Lhs 20 had one on discount last time I was there I believe, but that's been a while.
Tables only tell so much. Practical application of 2 class 4 PA's is significantly better than 2 class 3 PA's... I know, I have tested them... extensively.. ED is one of those games where on paper performance is rarely reflected with in game performance.
In any case, let him make up his own mind. Some people love C4PA's some people hate them.
