Whats wrong with the Shinrarta Dezhra Type 9s?
He sounds like the guy who was unable buy it from there, probably because the landing pad he's on is too small!
Try Jameson's Memorial it's not far.

the problem with that theory is the only place to dock there is a full on station. That has pretty much everything. Type 9's for sure.

EDIT: The first time I tried to buy my T9 at Jameson I didn't have the 76.5m credits and it wouldn't let me buy it. It just went back to the "Home" page. No errors, nothing. When I came back with enough cash it was fine.

Have you tried logging in and out of the game fully? That resolves a lot of these random and odd glitches.
