Help for new commanders, huge profit potential

i'm a bounty hunter. I make my living at Nav Points and Resource extraction sites. While doing so, I see literally hundreds of thousands of credits in goods floating around space while I'm on a killing spree.

I often think "Geez, if a few new guys where here, and they didn't mind scooping hot loot, they could make so much money". So, here ya go, if interested, my commander name is Paul Bryant, add me to you friend list and when you see me on shoot a message over. I'll tell you where I'm at, or we could attempt a group session, and if possible, you can scoop the loot as I shoot :D

I make more credits by killing wanted NPC's faster than if I scooped the loot but, when I started I would have loved to pick up the spoils I see floating around a nav point after I spend all my ammo shooting baddies.

This isn't a trick or ploy to dupe noobs, it's a genuine offer to help new commanders willing to risk running hot goods for lots of credits. I usually play several times a day at all hours of the day and night. Add me in-game or shoot me a PM and I'll do my best to help ya out! :D

I'm at an anarchy near some starter systems, I see quite a few sideys scooping goods from my leftovers. Smart little buggers.

I tend to grab the odd gold or palladium drop. Oh, also slaves. Can't leave the poor sods floating about in deep space now can we? :D

And yeah, good idea for the newbies there.

I'd rep you, but my rep drive is on cooldown. This is an excellent idea, one which encourages cooperation and mutual benefit.

Only problem is the scoping is quite boring and the canisters disappear after few minutes. I think we need some tractor beams or something to make it better.

I have scooped up some goods like this before, but I jettisoned them as I was unsure how easy it would be to sell them on without being busted.
Knowing my luck I would be scanned as soon as I approached the next station I arrived at.

its not a good idea at all i supect your just a pirate wanting to lure new pilots to there doom

Just find a close by system with an outpost that has a black market and then all you need worry about is being interdicted on the way there. You dont get scanned at outposts :) -- good luck and have fun (and really wished I'd thought to do this from the start heh)

Thanks. Don't all stations have a black market? That's the bit under contacts right? I don't check all the stations but all the ones I have checked had a black market.

I think so...but not all have a commodities market tho...

Screw docking...just take the loss by running into the station at full speed... much less expensive than wife aggro...so much less heh!

I generally scoop what I find(other than scraps, or bio/toxic waste) Hey free credits, why wouldn't you. You just have to be fast at entering stations. I haven't been busted yet.

I message and tell any players in the area they can have what they want from the cargo spilled from my prey as I'm just there for the sweet bounty.

Heh, good show OP !
I do exactly the same, too lazy to scoop any dropped cargo, but I've refrained from making this offer, until wings come around.
