I pre-ordered the deluxe version of Odyssey I have Horizons installed in my Oculus directory and Oculus will simply not update my launcher or let me download my preorder of Odyssey, so then I GO DIRECTLY to the Frontier Store, log into my account, go to my downloadable products, I see my preordered deluxe version there available for download I click on it to download and directly from Frontier and get this message over and over and over again:

WHY is this happening? WHY can I not directly download the game I bought and paid for months ago from Frontier? I can't get my game through the Oculus site and I can't get my game directly from Frontier and I have been trying for hours to resolve this! While logged in to my account I go to support and all it does is give me a bunch of text answering a bunch of generic questions and no where do I see an option to contact ED support directly? WTH? I have been playing this game since the original BETA and I am close to saying to hell with it all PLEASE ADVISE please! Thank you (rant off).
