HELP>> If I accept a courier contract? How do I pick up the cargo I am supposed to ship?

if its to move silver for example, it should appear in your cargo automatically if its a "go fetch this" you are left to your own devices to source it! There are some courier missions also where you don't have any cargo, its just carrying a message thats automatically stored when you accept it.
It should be automatically placed in your cargo hold. (Some dont appear if they are couriers for small items.)
There are two types of delivery - one they tell you where to go, and immediately fill your ship with what you're meant to ship. You cannot take these if your ship can't load them.
The other type is 'fetch xT of this' - you need to buy the cargo and sell it back to them (they pay double the galactic average so you will always be in profit in general). It doesn't matter where you get it from, but you will need to know or scout out systems to get hold of it.

Depending on what type of mission it is, if its a "take this to X" type mission then it will be already in your cargo hold. If its a "we need this, go and get it" then you have to find somewhere that sells it, buy it and bring it back.
Be aware that carry missions can be a nightmare if you are in a ship that needs a large docking bay and the destination is an outpost (always check destination). You cant sell the cargo so you cant buy a different ship so If this is the case you have to abandon it and take the hit. Fetch mission cargo needs to be dropped of in one go, they wont accept it in small deposits so you need to make sure you can carry what they are after or buy a ship that can.

Well, I don't have (yet) a large vessel, and I was thinking that such missions would not be offered if you don't have a compatible ship. I just learned something useful for the future, thanks...
Maybe we could suggest to have such missions among the ones not doable because of not enough trust or capacity?
