Help is needed. Commander pack game key.

Hey guys.
I am a new player among the elite. X4, Star citizen and No man's sky are familiar and Played and liked. The problem is when I try to activate the Commander pack game key purchased and received from Steam in my frontier account. I get the answer "Sorry, the access key you entered is not valid". Elite dangerous and Horizon keys work flawlessly. Help please.

huh? There's no Horizons key any more, since that was rolled into the main game. And the commanders pack is just livery - if you bought it from steam you don't need to so anything.

Alright. Thanks. I just asked because
when the game is started from steam, three game keys will appear on the screen. Elite Dangerous Game key, Elite Dangerous: Horizon Game key And Elite dangerous Commander pack game key and notice that you need these keys when starting the game. The first two I got approved for Frontier’s account. the last key was not accepted.
