Coaster Crazy [HELP] Lost my save?

Been playing the game and enjoying it so far.

Started my coaster in N America and launched and off it went around the track.
The coaster didn't make it around the track and contioulsy rolled back and forth, back and forth. After pressing every button I could see on the screen I had to sit and watch as the coaster moved forward, then back until I got bored.

I closed the app and relaunched it - now when the game starts up it's saying I've lost my save? :S
I have to start straight back at square one
And when the train is going around the track, how do you get it out of that view :S

Sorry to hear you have encountered this issue, it is currently affecting less than 1% of players currently so you've been extremely unfortunate! We can't recover your save-game for you but the likelihood of you experiencing this bug again is extremely slim, and of course we're doing everything we can to fix it as soon as possible.

In regards to getting out of your track preview- if you find that you have not added enough speed and your coaster begins to go backwards, you can just press the 'Eject' button and all of your passengers will be thrown off the ride so you can continue modifying it.

Well...I will restart and hope I was just unlucky.
I had used the 'eject' button once before on that coaster after it got stuck. I modified it, rode it and it got stuck again - but the eject button wasn't active. :s
