Help me find good paying missions please <3

Ok its a noob question. I really really should know this by now tbh for how long I've played, but I've always either just mined, or explored.

I want to learn how to fish, so please don't just give me a fish. So to speak. I don't want ot just know where high paying jobs are now...

What I do know is that it can be based off of system current state, etc. But what exactly do I look for and which ones?

I know a few months ago or longer Eurybia for instance had sweet as hell "go strike this settlement for a whomping 5 mil payout", easy, fast, I could complete it quickly.. BUt they don't exist anymore, because the state of the sytems have changed. Which I understand. But.. What do I look for? How do I find those again, and other mission types that are high risk, high reward? Do I need to be in a nearby system? Or In the said system? Or does that depend on the type of mission?

Any and all hints, tips, tricks, guidance is very much welcome please, thank you senpai masters!

Just one of the many possible examples:
Take on a mission, any mission you find appealing, get to the destination, and check the mission board.
Repeat, repeat until you stumble across a system that has a whole lot of good missions, bookmark it.
Do missions to nearby systems and keep returning to the bookmarked system.
I did this while ranking up and came across a lot of interesting missions in different places.

There is a post elsewhere that says that Naitis still has good skimmer bashing missions.....not tried it myself but might be worth you taking a look.

Myself - I usually find some temporary "homes" in boom state as close as I can to Gladutjin/ Cemiess type area, get fully allied and then run the missions.

PS, not Gladutjin right now as it is in Retreat....something I shall attempt to remedy!

Being allied with minor factions helps for payout as well. And what everyone else said xD
