I parked myself in a system called Maiku did missions for Empire consulate and Emperors Grace and reached rank knight.Had plenty of naval missions.Now i cant find there not even missions from emperors grace or any empire aligned faction.Went to a nearby system Windit and got one mission and thats it.Went to NU system which is high tech and no missions????

WHERE can i find more missions from empire alligned factions?

There seem to be very few bulletin board missions around in general at the moment. I suspect it's due to this from the recent Developer Update:

Another big change is the mission system, so much is new that any incomplete missions you have in progress at the time of the update will be removed from your mission list when the update goes live to the public. You will not be penalised for not completing them, but also won’t be rewarded, so complete them before then if they matter to you. This is expected to be next week, but will depend on what feedback comes in and what changes need to be made. Once the date is firm we’ll let you know.

I think the devs may be winding down the current missions in order to limit the number of uncompleted missions that players will have when the update goes live.
