A ship you bought for ARX? You can always deploy a new one with the default (i.e. the one you bought) loadout.
A ship you bought in-game for credits? Welcome to the club. You will/can fall back to the free Sidewinder and will need to earn more credits. You just learned the basic rule of ED: Never fly without rebuy. The most notorious ship¹ in that request is the Python.

If it was just an unexperienced one time happening you could rise a support ticket to Frontier. As a goodwill they often will recover your loss. But only once.
