Help! (Move this if needed!)

Good evening all!

I'm hoping someone out there is smart enough to figure this out! Basically, I brought two copies of Planet Coaster from the Frontier store the other day. One for myself, and one for my fiancee (On the same frontier account) . Now, I claimed my fiancees key using her steam. That went fine, and it actually ran really well on her moderately low spec PC! However, I've just gone to claim mine and am unable too as it says I already have it! I can only guess this is because my other halves steam is still linked! How can I unlink her's and link mine to claim my key? Or how can I claim my key full stop aha!

We can't help you with your question on the forums; only Frontier Support can help you with that. I recommend that you create a support ticket over on the Frontier Support website. They will be happy to help.

maybe try going on STEAM and signing out of 1 account and signing into the other acct. Planet coaster might automatically start with whomevers acct is signed in. Good luck!
