Help! Need to contact Frontier Support

Yes, I received an eMail how to contact them:
I can't log in! When I try to log in, I get the message

logged out​


You have been logged out Successfully.

I can't open tickets. I sent an eMail and I got an autoreply to ... open a ticket!

I'm stuck. Does anyone know what to do?

I tried both Firefox and Edge.
I used Firefox also in private mode, which brings up another error (I can't even click the login button there, I think it has to do with some pop up blocker or similar - I had to disable "Improved tracking protection"). Disabling this I could access the login form in private mode, but I could still not log in (logged out error again).

I even started a Windows Sandbox and Edge in the sandbox, so I had a clean system. Again, while unlike as in Firefox the login form can be accessed right away, I still get the same error (you have been successfully logged out).
 
I just logged in fine. There is a captcha as well that maybe your tools are blocking? Maybe try from another device?

Try clearing all cookies for Frontier in Firefox:
Settings->Privacy & Security->Manage Data
Search for "frontier" (I got 3 results, you may get more or less). Delete all results, shut down Firefox, and then restart it. See if logging in works.

Did it. No cookies. Brand new, different browser. I think changing my eMail address in my account destroyed something.

Email address also counts as a login, have you tried logging in with the old email address and the new one? So if you changed email address in your account you probably need to log in with the new one at least once to get things rolling.
