Help needed first time user

afternoon all,
I have purchased planet coaster this afternoon after 3hrs I still have not been able to install or even use it yet,
I have done all that shows on the how to guide
paid shows in my account on frontier
logged into stream
still no key or licence key absolutley nothing for3hrs I have been doing this today
on stream it shows

Hello Dondi and welcome to the Planet Coaster forums!

Have you bought the game on the official Frontier Store?
If yes, have you successfully linked your Steam account with your Frontier Store account?

You can link your accounts in the account settings of your Frontier Store account.
Once linked, you can redeem your Steam key for Planet Coaster here.
Once you have redeemed your key, the game will either be added to your library, or you will get a Steam key that you can use to manually add the game to your Steam library.
