help needed to investigate the cobra mk 3 signal

I have been following the galnet story of the antique cobra that sent out a decoded beacon signal there has been a recent update in this story and part of the the message has been decoded as follows "the vein queen rides a giraffe that remembers her daughters hero" I believe the queen is Cassiopeia, the daughter is Andromeda and the hero perseus from the Greek mythology all have constellations and also there is a giraffe constellation, I dont know where in relation these all are to each other or if there is a meeting point of all these that will be my next task, if any of you keen explorers have already been and know these areas or are willing to help me do some recon, that would be much appreciated.
