Help needed with creating a wings power grid

I am wanting to create a "Wings" power grid page.
As i don't use wings much just now, it is difficult to work out the key presses needed for the macro for some of the buttons.
In the image below, you can see what i have so far. I am wanting to know (using default keys) what keys/macro i would need for the wing beacon, and also the accept to wing, and invite to wing buttons. (or are they the same macro)
Are there any other buttons i should include, and any improvements you can think of. thanks in advance.

left or right button for "select next wing". I rarely use direct targeting, mostly I cycle between targets until I found a decent one or the one I was looking for :)

Place two arrows next to the "send message to wing" - button.

great idea, i will do, thanks, now this is why i am posting this for help.

Edit: just checked and not sure this is possible, left & right arrow keys are normally for power settings, and there does not appear to be a key binding for next wing.
As the wing keys are 8,9,0 i don't see how i can create a macro to cycle them.

Just so you all know, (and usefull info) this is the keybindings i use, same as VA as it is easier to update VA.
