LostWinds Help Outside Melodias City

LostWinds was the first WiiWare game I downloaded, and it's still the best game on the service if you ask me. I'm really enjoying Winter of the Melodias, but I've hit a snag outside Melodias City.

I've just unlocked the cyclone move and have made my way underwater into the City's entrance. I'm in a hall with a boulder and a lift/elevator, blocked by a crumbling wall. I've tried smashing the boulder into the wall, but no luck so far.

Can anyone help me out?

We're stuck at the same place.

Someone suggested to me that I need to look for Melodias Shrine...... does that mean anything to you?

Maybe I know what you need to do...
Have you added the circular effect (dunno the move name bec I'm playing the Italian version) to the boulder before smashing it against the wall? You need to lift the boulder in the air, and while it's still in midair, trace a circle around it, pressing A. Then direct the boulder against the wall.

How do you get the cyclone effect? I'm in that area (Oloua Glen) in the room with the three torches and the Oloua guy but I'm stuck. Can you guys help? Thanks!
