Domino Green will want 5 units of Push to refer you to Kit Fowler. You'll be able to give that to her. I've also seen a few items show up in my storage as mission related that I never picked up. Also, often items I do pick up don't go away when I complete the mission. Luckily I have a carrier. You can transfer to carrier storage and back and it's now a normal item, no longer mission related.

IIRC the station has to belong to an anarchy faction, not be just any station in an anarchy system.

If I Remember Correctly.
Non Anarchy stations are subject to the same rules as elsewhere regardless of system control. Conversely an Anarchy port will accept contraband without reference to system control.
I'm not quite sure, but I think the station in question needs to be controlled by an anarchy faction not just be situated in an anarchy controlled system.
