Its becoming a bit of an epidemic the old 'drunk and flying with no insurance' thing.

I think the police need to do more checks. Breathalyzing pilots maybe.

Imagine when we get ship boarding. We should have the police storm the ship and go through anything. And check your breath/take blood samples as well. Police brutality up close and personal! Ohh yeah! What's not to love!

AFAIK the fastest way to go from Sidewinder to Hauler these days is to go to Freeport and do USS's until you get the "10 gold canister" one. One of those gives about 20k in a Sidey. A few of those, and you're good to go.

Yeah so I found one of those less than 10 mins ago and as soon as I scooped up 1 gold. I had 3 Cobra Mk. III in my face on my ass and on my 6. Guess what in a Sidewinder you're out when bases are loaded. Universal fail achievement unlocked.
