HELP! Problems with ACU

I'm having a problem after one of my dinos gets loose and I tranq them, but when I go to send the team to pick them up it will say that the "Select Destination Obstructed." This has happened three times now. The first time my dino died after I literally deleted every building, sidewalk, power grid and tree so that it wouldn't be obstructed. My second dino they only picked it up when I told the team to sell her. The second time I was able to tranq her while still in the exhibit, but she never woke up and the ACU team wouldn't pick her up due to the same reasons. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, do you know how to fix it? It's really inconvenient and making the game unenjoyable to play. Any insight is welcome! Thanks!

That's a weird one! Only Issue I had was when I tranquilised a rampaging Ceratosaurus & it fell over in a dense forest. ACU team couldn't get to her to pick her up because of the trees. I had to clear the area of trees to get her out.

I know this is an old thread, but was this resolved/is there a way to resolve this? I've been having this issue on every island since the walkthrough at the beginning.

It's likely the enclosure is too small for the helicopter to place the dinosaur in the same area. You need some "breathing room", as it were.

Also, please try to avoid bumping threads where the last post is several years old. It's much better if you make a new thread and ask for support
