The mission is to hand over 2 slaves and it states cash on arrival. However, after trying to give cargo, it says I need to wait for my reward until the station's doctors clear the slaves. There's no timer or indication of any sort as to how long this will take, and the mission says there's 150 hours left until I can complete it. Does anyone know how long this will take? Why is there no form of indication? I have a cargo hold full of slaves and I literally can't do anything worthwhile in game until this unknown amount of time passes.

I'll take them off your hands! Where did you buy them, I can find Imperial Slaves but not Slaves anywhere, even when a station says its main export is slaves.

Ah, there's your problem. When you're conducting illicit, illegal human trafficking deals to sell slaves, you need to have legally purchased those slaves at a properly accredited marketplace so that your ownership credentials are properly established with the authorities.
Stolen slaves can't be used in the illegal bulletin board slave deals. There are reputable slavers, they're not going to be happy with 'fell off the back of a Hauler' potentially substandard slaves with no purchase paper trail.
It would be nice if this information was provided in the first place. The mission still states that the doctors need to check them over, there's nothing about paperwork etc.
I think he was humourously saying that you ned purchased slaves, not stolen ones. Try Waldeck Platform in Radegast system.

I have this mission, and two tonnes of slaves (whom I purchased), and am getting the same 'a fine batch of slaves you've gathered together.... credits just as soon as the docs let me know they're clear...." response.
I'm hoping that it'll be just a time thing, because I'm limited in terms of what I can do safely with slaves in my hold.
