Help: Purchased DLC Doesn't Appear in Game

I've been really looking forward to playing with the Grasslands DLC, but after purchasing it, and installing it, it doesn't appear in the game. I've tried the following already:

  • Cleared download cache in Steam
  • Changed download geographic location
  • Checked the integrity of the game files - no problems
  • Verified that the DLC was indeed installed - found the file folder called Content 12
  • Rebooted my computer (multiple times)
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game (via Steam)
  • Deleted Content 12 folder and then uninstalled and reinstalled the game

I've also reported the issue to Steam and Frontier (https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/57990). I figured I'd also post here in case maybe I'm missing something and someone else has any ideas or ran into this issue before. It's like the game isn't linking to the content for some reason.

Post your zoopedia or animal market image. You should be looking for dlc content there.

If you don't have any emu, wallaby etc mentions in the zoopedia , I would look into sending a support ticket to frontier support. The issue tracker shouldn't really be used for personal technical problems like this. Also grasslands doesn't have a theme, it is an animal pack that comes with animals and nature pieces like buffalo grass

Do you have a link for submitting a frontier report? I had some trouble finding it & that's why I submitted it to the issue tracker.

Here it is ~ you can see that the Armadillo is missing (as are all the others).
Actually i cant say antyhing by looking at this image, because first new animal on zoopedia would be blue wildebeest, which is somewhere below.

If you want to submit report, you need something clear. Nine-banded armadillo is next to nile monitor in zoopedia. Take screenshot what animals are next to monitor and then send to frontier.

As others have stated, that is because the full name is Nine-Banded Armadillo. From alphabethical order it would start with letter N in the zoopedia. Also, from the first picture it does show SA and Twillight pack themes. Animal packs specifically dont have a building theme, so you wont see any Grassland theme in the mechanic research menu.
