So question. My squadron aligned itself with an npc faction without realizing that was a permeant decision. Now we are in the process of making a minor faction but realize we cant align ourselves with it in our current squadron. If we disband the squadron will we be able to remake it with the same name and tag? Or does it take time to make the name available again and if so how much time?

So long as everybody has been kicked from the squadron before the founder leaves it.
You will be able to reform it with new properties as soon as it dissolves.
