HELP! Rift, Not centering my head on pilot body

Ok I have my 2nd Rift, and before it broke I managed to get that to centre on me correctly (but don't know how).
I sent that one back as it had a number of other issues.

Anyway now have the nice shiny replacement.

But I can't actually sit in a chair and have my cmdr head attached to the body.
I seem to sit to one side and a bit low, or looking out for the cmdr's chest.

Also GUI in initial screen was not properly centred.

So any tips on how to get my head straight would be appreciated :S

press F12 while sitting in your desired position...

Also need to center the app under Oculus home settings.

As others have pointed out - bind the recenter in your controls (I think F12 is default). Also, if you have other things running in the background, like Nvdia experience or whatever, make sure they are not hijacking the keys.

Thanks for advice folk, the F12 solved problem straight up.
I'll bear in mind the other points mentioned in case it stops working.
