HELP...Share Geforce 980 SC Nvidia Control panel 3D Settings?

Can someone please take a screen shot or let me know what your 3D settings are with a 980? I am experiencing Lag so bad I cannot play this game now on monitor or DK2. It is awful. System specs below..


I am running 347.09 drivers and no other game is reacting like this one..

Do Not Install nVidia Driver 347.09 if You're Using Oculus Rift

Roll back or put the new driver on. There are 2 more WHQL drivers since 347.09 and both work
