Newcomer / Intro Help! Stranded at Orna.

As the title suggests, I'm stranded in Orna. Pretty new to this game. I was dumb and I tried to make a jump near the star to Fuzong Base, and I failed and suffered heat damage to my ship. I can't make jumps to any near orbitals due to the heat damage my ship sustained. Need help trying to get out since I can't reach any emergency contacts from where I am right now.

Dunno if this is the right forum to be posting this in, but I'm kind of desperate and would appreciate help on how to get out of this.

Also after reboot check on the "MODULES" tab on the right and make sure your FSD is powered up. I believe after reboot it will remain powered down and you have to manually swich it back on. While attempting to jump away when that close to the star your ship will overheat, don't panic, it's ok. Just make sure you not targeted anything, point your ship straight away from the star, engage FSD, allign with the escape vector (blue round target) and go for it.

Something here doesn't sound right. Yes, jumping from near a star will induce heat damage - but if you received enough heat damage to take out your FSD or Thrusters, you'll likely have a few more pressing problems.
First of all, you always have one (two) easy ways out: self destruct your ship, and you'll respawn with the same ship (if you have money for the rebuy) or the starter sidey (otehrwise) in a suitable station. The second would be to reset your CMDR.
For the less easy ways - if the above suggestions don't work out, take a look at your right side HUD, modules tab. That one shows you all of your ship's modules and their status. This would also be the first screenshot that could shed some light on this. The second screenshot would be the (error) message you get on your main HUD if you want to engage supercruise to get out of the frying pan.

What might have happened: You flew to close to the star, got dropped to normal space, and the target of you hyperjump is behind the star.
An easy solution would be to go to supercruise (the travelmode within a system, instead of the hyperjump used to travel between systems). The standard key bound is a combo key, trying to activate hyperjump if you have another system targeted, or supercruise if not.

If you have plotted your route the next system in the order will be selected, forcing the hyperjump, which fails due to occlusion by the star. You can either bind a key to supercruise (I have unbound the combo key and bound H+J to hyperjump and supercruise), or just select a navigation target within the current system - the star should work fine.

You will get an escape vector leading perpendicular away from the star, and you might suffer some overheating while charging for supercruise, but should be able to clear the star and then continue on your route. If you have enough fuel.
