Help to Remapping Keyboard Function Keys

Hi I am a keyboard mouse guy and with new deep mining mini game i need to rework my keyboard layout.
I play wasd and i want be able to remap L alt and L windows Function to other mapping key.
I just used Sharpkeys a simple GUI to write new registry windows key map and I was able to make it functional in windows but ED do not see any of the new mapping in control binding .
With Sharpkeys i was able to rid annoying behaviour of ALT+TAB ( tab >booster ...L alt >flight control off ) but i was not able to remap L Windows Function to any other useful key like R Ctrl.
ED just simply ignore my key mapping while windows does not!
Where ED read scancode? maybe i need to full reinstall ED with new keymap already ON?
Any suggestion?
My OS is win7 64bit , my keyboard is a Logitech G710+ cherry brown and i have unmodified ED file , my custom bindings are only located in User /app data/Local/frontier d..../ED..option

Some friends suggested me AutoHotKey tools who load script specifically linked to .exe app .
But with recently big Hack problems on ED i am a little scared to use script to avoid ban because i don know if this script are permitted !
There is another software called KdbEdit who is very powerful and also a little difficult to manage who edit keyboards DLL. with this i am a little more safe because do not edit any gaming file and do not intercepts any keybords command.
Over software alternative there is hardware programmable keybords but they are a little expensive .
For the record more interesting hardware are:
Vortex Pok3r mechanical cherry 60% wide with a lot of variant 4 layer ( 1fixed +3 programmable)
Ghost Squid controller on CM storm Quick fire XT MOD
