Help with ED Screenshots

Hail Fellow citizens of the Galaxy...

For some strange reason ED has stopped taking screenshots with the F10 key?
The last successful picture was captured in February, and I only found out the problem a few days ago.
I am off on an exploration trip and have (I thought) been taking happy snaps as I go along, however when I went to marvel at my efforts there were no pictures saved?
I have a screenshots directory where all previous screenshots have been saved from within ED.
I have tried searching all the hard drives for "Screenshot" but nothing new turns up, only those up until February.
I have ED Horizons,Windows 10 and a Logitech wireless keyboard.

I am hoping someone has had a similar experience and may have found the solution.

No idea, only two thoughts - is F10 being intercepted by some other software you have running? Has the key become rebound within the game?

I have been closing down any other running programs and working through it with no success.

Then your post got me to thinking so I went digging through the obscure settings in my Antivirus software.
And there it was...Bitdefender had classified ED as potential Ransomware! (Well, FD have had quite a bit of my money I guess)

Bitdefender never asked or prompted me, it just stopped ED !
I have now moved ED into the "Trusted" category and can once again take screenshots.

Hopefully this is of some help to others.

Had to laugh - spot on the money from my experience too!
