I just took a Federal Black Ops mission to destroy a specific ship in a specific system. Based on past experience that you guys have with these kinds of missions(this is my first) where am I likely to find my target? Cruising around in SC? USS? RES? Thanks for the help anyone who responds!

Ok thanks! I hate the USS's, always something completely useless... Oh well.
1. Find a USS (usually located around planets and stars)
2. Drop out of SuperCruise
3. If it is cargo or freighters, rejoin SuperCruise. If pirates, blast them if you feel inclined.
4. When you rejoin SuperCruise, fly around until another USS pops up in your navigation tab.
5. Rinse and repeat until you find the target. He/she will be alone.
