Help with Painite

(Forgive me if this thread is in the wrong area. If it needs to be moved please do.)

I am trying to unlock my remaining engineers but I hit a small snag. I need Painite to unlock Selene Jean and I have no idea where to even start to look for that. I don't want you to give up your secret publicly. A private message will be fine. I am on Xbox(which I also plan to post in to double my chances in recieving help) so you can message me there if you choose. Gamertag is The only Ichi. I would seriously appreciate the help. As far as I know/remember Painite is gathered from mining pristine metallic rings

I've had the best luck at Pristine Metallic Rings.

And remember, no painite, no gainite.

(NOTE: EDDB can also help. Set "System Reserve" to "Pristine" and "Ring Type" to "Metallic")

Yep - Painite is in pristine rings, take some prospector limpets and start the hunt!
