HELP. with scanner ID PLEASE

Can someone point me to a link, That shows me what all the blibbs and blobs mean on the scanner .. there is nothing in the manual?
( WHY NOT?).
I get the colours yellow -neutral-green =friendly - red =runaway.

BUt all these changes since Pbeta.. and I have no idea what they all mean now. solid and clear/"boardered" yellow squares and triangles, white ones too.. and how do you manage the scanner in super cruise? I see ships Zipping across from one side to the other in a second! and planets appear to grow the shrink but are still right next to me?..just getting a bit crowded on that scanner.

The appearance and colour of a contact marker contains a flickering marker indicates that the contact has such a weak signature that it is not properly resolved. Unresolved contacts cannot be targeted, and there is not yet any further information available. To resolve a contact, fly towards it.

A square contact indicates that its weapon hard points are retracted, while a trianglular contact indicates that its weapon hard points are deployed.

A hollow marker indicates that the contact is a human commander, a fellow member of the Pilots Federation, while a solid colour marker indicates it is not.

Large asteroids are shown as a simple outline.
• Hostile contacts are coloured red.
• Neutral contacts are coloured orange.
• Allied contacts are coloured green.
• Contacts representing structures and anomalies are coloured white.
• A contact that flashes white signifies that it is currently attacking your vessel

I made this in case others would like a visual. Though, I'm not sure if CMDRS can even be green at the moment

P.15 of the manual.

Also try adjusting the scanner range; it can help make things look clearer, leaving only closer objects visible.

i may have smillar question that i havent found answer to..

What is this thing under scanner? it moves to different positions but i havent figured its purpose..wh.jpg

SO what are the purple squares..( I have not adjusted the colour to the HUD, I'm using the standard 'in game' version.)?

and sometimes have brackets around them ,regardless of colour.
