Help with xbox news letter subscriptions

Hi devs can you help
When i have subscribed to the news letter i didn't receive the old style jeep skin i was allready subscribed has that caused the issue here

Hi there! Please head to Sandbox or Challenge Mode and build a Response Facility. You should be able to change Vehicle Skins there.
