Help!

Hey there Planet friends,😄
I have a little problem, I can't make my guests smarter, I can't use figure out using the guests education. I also can't get a donation for my animals, when i click on my donation box ther stay there are 0,00 cash in! ??? I have to tried to follow a toturial on YT and it didn't work for me wath can I do, I hope some on can help me. :unsure:

Did you place the donation box on a place, where people stand to watch the animals. Try placing it in the most crowded area right next to a habitat. That would help.

Guest turn smarter through signs and audio. A information kiosk helps with selling audio guides, also research is needed to have more information of a animal to display.

use a brick wall all the way around your habitat
put a 5 -10m window in the habitat
each side of the window put a tv on the wall
Half way along put a speaker
under each tv put a collection bucket

Money will roll in as will education.

I tend to put a shelter on a guest facing wall put a window into the habitat and a window into the shelter. both windows with TV and speakers. so when the animals are sleeping the people look through the other window and still pay

I can say I have try to set the donation box with manny people, and by a window. and still 0,00 cash in my donation boxes. Jesus!

I would try your tip with the guests education, but I have TV's and info signs about e.g to high Co2 and low Oxygene. and my guests it's still in the red zone!
But I would still try your tips, and went back with an answers on it's helps or not.

Did you turned the TVs on an chose the right animal?
Maybe a silly question because you already chose something from the info boards, but
its the only issue i could think of.
Usually TVs are doing the job.
It took me 50+ hours to figure out you can as well use education speakers and i had always at least 3 stars at education.

I have turned the TVs on, and on the right animal. I use all so speakers but still 0,00 cash!!!:cautious:

Well that is weird.
I guess you are utterly f... uhm, buged then.
Maybe try to post a screenshot so we can see if you did something complete wild with those poor little boxes,
but normally thats the way it works.
Windows->TV's->donation boxes-> profit

Too all on this topic.
I have to try all your tips, but I have still 0,00 cash. But I think that tomorrow would I seat with your tips in more 20+ minutes.
I think it would take some time for me before I find the solution. I'll be back tomorrow when I've been looking at it for a long time.

Good luck.
I had a dead animal in my trade centre i couldn't get rid of for hours recently.
Next day it was vanished, maybe your problem goes poof as well ;)

I think may be that my problem it's be fixed afte the new update 1.0.2, so let's se. I'm just get home from my school so now I would try to see about my problem it's beeing fexed or else I would try your tips.

But I can see my guests also are sour about being able to see staff buildings, but it's not a problem. So now I think I would try to learn how I use donationbox, and get my guests more happy and clever in a sandbox Zoo park.:unsure:

If your guests are not happy they won't donate. Make sure they are not in the staff facility's sphere of influence and see if that fixes the issue.

I can't open the link.

But the unhappyness about the staff buildings is something you have to fix.
You can use the heat-map and check it there.

If all else falls i would suggest to search yourself a planet zoo tutorial video on you tube and just build the first stuff after those one time.

It really helps to do it step by step, i built very slow and read and checked everything double when i started out.

Hey,
Thank again, my staff buildings is now removed to a new place. I would try to remove my speekers.
This seems like a longer-lasting process, but I have to watch and study the game closely over the weekend. There's probably a lot I've missed, and it may be enough to make me minus over $ 10,000 in profits in my Zoo. My cash flow says about minus $ 85,000!!! (Yeah it's much I know😂 )

But give me a Sunday, then I have studied as much as possible.

Don't worry, just have patience.
I figured out things that seemed to be quite simple after 50+ hours on the game and i am still stumble about a function i haven saw yet after 120+ hours.
Take your time, you don't want a huge zoo anyway before they have fixed the foodcost-randomness XD

Yeah I think so;), but I have good news about the donation box I get up on about $1.260 cash after I have remove some spot place.
I think my problem was i didn't could set some donation box on a slope / hill. So now I need to find out how i get in plus in my Zoo economy. I still in minus $105.000 cash!!!
But I read and read and read about how the game work. So yep, it's take time, but it goes the right way.:D(y)
