Half way down screen, enter your current system

At the bottom click search

The result will appear at the bottom of the page.

if the fuel is too power your craft you can refill your current tank at almost any station right hand side of station welcome screen
if you are transporting it as cargo you cannot use it in your own ship basically

You might want to see only those markets with enough to satisfy your needs - say you need 60 t for a mission - not much point going to a station with only 5t supply available.

Normally you don't enter anything in that field, it is a matter of choice.
