HELP!

hello,
how in all that is holy can one reach support in this game these days?
i found a bug that has rendered me almost totally unable to play what so ever but all i can find is issue tracker to work with.
what i need is direct contact to someone who really can do something about it.
all help highly apreciated.

Customer support is usually your best bet, since I don't know what your issue is have a look here. I have found them always to be fast and responsive....the issue tracker is the incorrect place to take this if it is a bug that is stopping you from playing;

Google might have helped here...

But: if it's a bug, they'll probably just send you to the issue tracker again. Describing your issue here might also get you some help from the community.

i feel really stupid but how can i contact them?
all i find behind those links is list of issues that i dont have but no link or such how to open new issue...
sorry but every time i got through those links i find issue tracker...

Strange. If I click through the support options, I end up at

Submit a request – Frontier Support

customersupport.frontier.co.uk

which is the only way to open a support ticket.

issue is as follows,
i was fighting and stupid sector guard (ally) drive to my lasers so i get bounty.
i jump away from sector and give myself and endup in prison.
i shuttle out from prison and my ship stays in prison...
surpricingly as there is cargo in ship i cant transport it to me... nor can i shuttle back to prison.
i cant take another ship cause there is cargo in my ship that is in use in prison where i cant get=)
tried to get to prison again through foot soldiering. and yes i got to prison but i still cant reach the ship that is now inpounded for some reason.
but i cant pay it out anywhere etc.
while my missions keep failing cause i run out of time and i lose reputation etc...

Don't think so, unless my browser did a stealth log in which didn't show up on the UI

Yeah just throwing thoughts around, been a couple of years at least since I needed support help.
