help!

OK so i'm a total noob. In that spirit, i have taken a combat mission to kill pirates in eravate. Awesome. I've been hanging around the nav beacon now for an hour and i haven't seen a single wanted person. I don't get how this is supposed to work. Where else am i supposed to find combat?

I don't know the erevate system real well - but if its an anarchy - everyone will show up as clean. You need a kill warrant scanner to see if they have a bounty on them
