I fought in 23 low battlegrounds yesterday and today, but still no invites. I log in/out, close and reopen the game but no invite. I joined both with my own ship and with the system's own ship, but unfortunately the invitation is not coming. Please show your support on this matter, commanders.

Raise a support ticket with FDev supplying your details...they have openly admitted the accounting for this unlock for Hero Ferrari is bugged...
I tried all methods but still no invite.
I had the same issue, | raised a ticket with FDev and they sorted it out for me.
I did get an invite from Hero after they sorted it out, I got an invite from Hero Ferrari after I visited Sol (even though FDev had already unlocked her for me when I presented them with the evidence of my completing the required ground combat zone missions).
Maybe try visiting Sol to see if you get an invite from her there, worth a try if you don't want to go to the hassle of raising a ticket

As I write there are MORE THAN TEN reports of this on the tracker.
Most of those reports have a comment on them pointing out at least one duplicate.
A good number of them have a confirmation filed but have not been marked as confirmed.
For the love of everything in the Empire AND the Alliance AND the Federation, could one member of staff perhaps spend ten minutes looking at the tracker once a week?
I understand "priorities" and all that, but this is embarrassing.
