Ah well this seems to be bugged still.
Completed, 44 High, 6 Medium and 20 Lows, with no unlock.
Man this game sucks so bad sometimes...

Contact customer support, seems they often assist with troublesome engineer unlocks.

This is so frustrating! In the past 24 hours I've done 12 different surface combat zones and won all of them. Went with "high"-rated zones as wanted to make some decent credits. Now - if people posting here are correct - I needed to have done "low" zones. Seriously?!?!?!
I'm starting to find this grind to unlock anything decent distinctly unfun!
...and that's before I start on the 15 settlement defence plans needed to unlock the next Engineer! I've scanned a couple of hundred data ports (settlements, crash sites, etc.) and - for that particular download - have a grand total of ... wait for it ... ONE! Out of about 550 downloads!
Starting to wonder if this expansion is more hassle than it's worth...
If we could at least trade data we'd be getting somewhere but, of course, that's not an option.

You CAN trade data - just throw it on the ground in front of another commander and they can pick it up - it looks like a hard drive.

I just got Ferrari open! Got so into fighting that didn't even know how many Frontline assingments I went through. Fun stuff and got hooked, even with just G3 gear I was competent in High CZ's. Only NPC's though

On my first account, I unlooked with 10 on Medium. Now, with my alias, Epic account, I have 12 Medium yet no invite, after 5 re-logs
