Hex Codes for New World Palette

Hey guys!

Does anyone know the hex codes for the new world build items? I’m trying to colour match timber planks from other sets so I can build some tall, skinny wayfinding pieces.

Hey there!

Generally speaking you’ll probably have a better result by eyeballing it instead of using hex codes, as most flexicolor items in PZ display the same hex in different intensity. Different textures and lights also make it look different…

If you want to know the hex of something you can also take a screenshot of the desired piece and use the color picker tool to show you the exact one, but that is also subject to different lighting etc probably the most work for the worst results haha

So my solution would be to go for try and error, it’s probably even quicker in the end

To add to this, there are also tools/sites online that will allow you to upload an image and spit out the "palette" of colors presented in the image. Which is nice if you want a sense of the range of colors presented, different shadings, etc. In my experience, this serves as a good starting point. But to the other points you raised, they may need to do some tweaking depending on the materials in play, lighting, etc. It'll definitely get you in the ballpark, though!
