Hey, who is shooting at me? (bug?)

Thought i would chill in a RES sight, after attacking and killing a pirate i saw from my shields that i was getting lit up, quite heavily! but nothing was red or flashing on my minimap:S i tried my target highest threat button, nothing still and clearly one of the ships, maybe more was trying to destroy me, soon enough i found it and it was definately engaging my ship so i was free to destroy it but after this alost every ship that attacked me was not painted as hostile on my radar.

I've had this in CZ's too, usually when I preparing to leave a fight. I think it might be some kind of really laggy hits coming in. Sometimes it goes on for 10 seconds or so and I get very concerned (on account of the rate of damage possibly threatening my ship).

Outside chance did occur to me; it might have been some harasser in silent running, but I couldn't even hear or see any weapons and I looked around in debug cam and my ship wasn't actually taking fire.
