HI Combat Zones and Capital ships - have they been removed?

I haven't seen a Capital Ship in any HI CZ for a long, long time. Previously, there was one in almost every High Intensity CZ. Have they been removed, or am I just unlucky?

Don't often enter them my self but did one a week ago and one appeared, only one so I might have just hit RNG at the right time

In a CZ today and witnessed the awesome, but all too rare Cap ship about 4 days ago (only the 4th time since May!)
