It's full. Was released just before Christmas (15th Dec I think)
Oh so no chance to try out the beta then ?
The beta is long gone but certain new features are getting beta phases sch as wings next week. We are assuming original backers automatically get access but we don't know if non-backers have a way of getting in or not. You couldn't get into the original beta without purchasing the game.
You can try the combat tutorial without buying the game but I couldn't figure out how to get the launcher to download just that bit. In the end I just copied that folder to my friend's computer and that worked.
